Ellie Williams – Client Services Director

I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of agency operations, with a strong emphasis on team development and operational efficiency. I’m also closely involved in ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional client service. 

I started my career in tech PR in London before moving to Australia where I held a number of roles, both in agencies and in-house, before starting my own PR consulting business in 2016. Since then, I have been offering PR, content and social media consultancy directly to B2B and tech brands as well as providing strategy and content development to leading agencies. My experience spans the technology, financial services, corporate, NFP, travel and consumer industries. After 15 years in Australia, I returned to the UK in 2024, excited for my next challenge.

I’m inspired by the opportunity to help people and businesses reach their full potential. I’m driven by the idea of making a positive impact by supporting others in overcoming challenges, achieving their goals, and realising their ambitions. Whether it’s through fostering growth, solving problems, or creating solutions that bring value, the process of seeing people and organisations thrive is incredibly rewarding. Being part of that journey, helping them become the best versions of themselves, motivates and energises me every day.

I like to take a strategic approach to understanding what our clients’ businesses are trying to achieve and then building a communications strategy that directly supports those goals. It’s fulfilling to align messaging, tactics, and creative ideas with a client’s broader vision, ensuring that every action drives them closer to their objectives.

Additionally, I really value the chance to collaborate with talented, like-minded people. Working alongside a team of creative, supportive and driven individuals allows us to bring out the best ideas and deliver exceptional results for our clients.

As a mum, I enjoy spending time with my two sons and my dogs. I have been lucky to live in Australia for 15 years but am excited for our next adventure, having relocated back to beautiful Wiltshire. I also love to travel and have been lucky enough to visit a variety of fascinating countries including much of Europe, South America, and South-East Asia. My greatest joy is being able to explore the world with my sons.

Traveling all the way from Australia, this moment – seeing the Northern Lights – was a dream come true. It represents the culmination of months of hard work to make the dream a reality and seeing this natural wonder in person, after so much effort and anticipation, was incredible. It was a personal victory—proof that dedication and perseverance really do pay off.
